Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadFast Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services with professional care and skill. However, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Client data will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
